Orders, delivery & refunds

Live orders are charged securely through Stripe. Printful prints the design you approve and ships it to the delivery address. Shipping is calculated from a current Printful quote, and applicable tax is shown before you pay. Product mockups are digital previews; colors and placement may vary slightly in printing.

We currently serve United States addresses. Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us as soon as possible; orders already in production may not be changeable. For damage, misprints, delivery problems, or refund requests, email your order reference and relevant photos to levi@cloudpeaksilverlabradors.com. We will review your request and explain the available resolution.

Each item is personalized and made to order. We accept claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted products only; we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or a customer-approved design. Contact us with your order reference and clear photos within 30 days of delivery. For a package lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. We review eligible issues with Printful for a replacement or refund. Please contact us before mailing any item back.

Your photos & designs

Uploading, cropping, brush editing, dragging, and caption selection happen in your browser. A copy of your bag may be saved in this tab’s session storage. Remove bag items or close the tab to clear that tab’s stored bag.

The optional AI background-removal button sends the selected photo to Photoroom. Production background removal does not add a watermark. The AI option is hidden when the daily store allowance is exhausted and returns after the next reset at 00:00 UTC. The background-free example pictures were prepared separately for this store.

Automatic product previews send your design to Cloud Peak’s server after you pause editing, which renders a print file and shares it with Printful to generate the product mockup. The print file is temporarily available through an unguessable link so Printful can retrieve it; anyone with that link can view it until it expires. Treat the link as private. Proof links expire after 24 hours and files are removed by scheduled maintenance.

Continuing to Stripe checkout saves your design with Cloud Peak. Stripe hosts the payment page; card numbers and CVC do not pass through the store server. Verified payment events can save the checkout email and shipping address for order processing.

Retention & deletion

Scheduled maintenance removes photo, name, caption, email, and address details from abandoned test checkouts after seven days and paid test orders after 90 days. Order references, amounts, and payment status are retained separately. The private store dashboard can remove those personal details sooner. Temporary shipping quotes are removed after expiry and the following maintenance period.

Local database backups are rotated for seven days. Deleted information may remain in those restricted backups until rotation completes. Contact Cloud Peak for a deletion request. Printful, Stripe, Photoroom, and Resend maintain their own records under their policies; deleting a Cloud Peak copy does not automatically erase a provider’s copy.

Suggestions

Suggestions are saved privately for Cloud Peak to review. Contact details are not requested. Please leave out private, payment, or sensitive information.

Store analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and Google and Microsoft advertising tags to understand store visits, improve the shopping experience, and measure advertising. These services may use cookies and collect browser, device, page-view, and interaction information. Customer design and checkout dialogs are masked in Clarity. Tracking tags are not loaded on private order-status or store-admin pages. See Microsoft’s privacy statement and Google’s privacy policy for provider details.

Google Customer Reviews

We participate in Google Customer Reviews. After a purchase, Google’s survey opt-in module receives your order reference, order confirmation email address, delivery country, and estimated delivery date so it can offer you a review invitation. Choosing to participate is optional. Google sends a survey invitation only if you opt in through its module. Declining does not affect your order.

Google and other third-party providers may place and read cookies or use web beacons and similar technologies in connection with the review invitation and store badge. Google uses the information it receives under Google’s privacy policy. You can block, delete, or manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect these features. Manage Google’s personalized advertising at My Ad Center, or visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page for participating advertising providers. These advertising choices do not replace your choice in the review survey module.

Payment security

Stripe hosts card entry. Cloud Peak does not receive or store your card number or security code. Order confirmation is based on signed payment events, and fulfillment uses the saved approved artwork.
